SAP HM Technical Analyst | East Melbourne | Contract

THE COMPANY

You will be working for one of the largest IT services companies in the world. Based in Melbourne East, this company is recognised as a leader in the field for their information technology solutions.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a SAP HM Technical Analyst you will:

- Assist in understanding the "as is" business processes
- Define the functional specs & support the preparation of technical specs
- Support the data conversion (tuning and running the tools)
- Support data cleansing
- Liaise with central teams for configuration requirements
- Assist in the preparation of integration & confirmation testing
- Assist the issue & defects resolution
- Support confirmation acceptance testing
- Assist in cutover procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent understanding of SAP HM, with at least 3 years of hands on SAP experience
- Excellent SAP knowledge for the relevant process area: IS OIL - Mandatory, TSW - Preferably
- Have at least 2 end-to-end implementation life cycle experience
- Strong team member skills
- Effectively manage multiple stakeholders both within country and at a global level
- High levels of ambiguity
- Changing timelines & plans
- High workload & motivating the team to deliver
