SAP HCM Training Consultant

SYSTEM DYNAMICS HAVE A REQUIREMENT FOR A SAP HCM TRAINING Consultant to join our client based project team in Dublin city centre for an initial 4 month contract.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE EXPERTISE IN THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

- Minimum of 7 years SAP implementation expertise specifically in the HCM module.
- Demonstration of the candidates previous project management skills including setting up a project, running a project, controlling change, risk management, managing people aspects, and planning and monitoring a project.
- The candidate must demonstrate an in depth knowledge of HCM and have held a team lead role on previous HCM projects
- Applicant must have SAP Certification in the HCM module and/or demonstration of industry experience
- The candidate must demonstrate previous experience in TEM and Learning Solution. Experience of an implementation specifically related to Training and Competency management is required
- The consultant must be skilled in the area of LSMW or alternative data migration tools, the consultant must also have the ability to document technical specifications for the development of HCM reports specifically in the area of TEM. They must also have the ability to technically engage with the authorisations team in the building of HCM roles.
- Experience in business process analysis, gap analysis and what post implementation steps may be required by the business.
- Demonstrate that the consultant has previous experience in the documentation of end user training material and delivery of training in a classroom environment.
