SAP HCM Test Lead Job

SAP/HCM TEST LEAD NEEDED for a SIX (6) MONTH OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located Voorhees, NJ.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) experience
- Functional/Technical SAP HCM
- Software Testing
- Project Management
- BSI Upgrade

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Strong SAP HCM experience both functional and technical.
- Lead test efforts associated with SAP HR Support Stacks and BSI Tax Factory upgrades (ideally BSI 9.0 to BSI 10.0).
- Coordinate system integration, user acceptance and regression test planning skill, test script development, test execution and utilization of test management tool (HPQC preferred);
- Coordination of UAT activities working with business users
- Work with business partners and form strong trusting relationship with business partners

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week. No virtual work.
- Looking for solid SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) experience, both function and technical. Experience with software testing and project management needed.
- Looking for BSI upgrade experience, planning & testing.
- This position has exposure to senior level management. Communication is extremely important. Needs to know the audience and how to deliver clear and concise messaging.
