Available: An Oil & Gas consultancy assignment in Stavanger/Norway for 1 year: 2015
The consultant will function as SAP Super-user for HCM PA and SAP HCM OM.
Maintain and update SAP HCM PA and SAP HCM OM and SAP WTP
Name of assignment: Consultant HR Support, SAP Maintenance and SAP technical support.
Assignment/WORK starts: 01.01.2015
Assignment/WORK ends: 31.12.2015
Place of work: Forus, Sandnes, close to Stavanger Norway
Work Language: English. (or Scandinavian)
Business line: Upstream Oil Company HR.
Short description of project/assignment etc:
SAP Maintenance and SAP technical support.
* The job structures and organizes administrative work to promote the efficient operation of the office
* Carry out assigned tasks and activities in compliance with Company values, defined instructions and processes but where some independent judgment is required
* The job is expected to assess and recommend methods for improvement of relevant working procedures and functions
* Managing the necessary personnel information and paperwork in a confidential and accurate manner
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Initiate workflows and ensure all administration regarding new arrivals, internal changes and resignations are handled timely and in correct manner.
* Maintain personnel information in SAP
* Perform reporting to E&P International (EPI) as required, eg Ref Connection, Group Social Report.
* Maintain and report on HR KPI's as required, eg Sickleave rate.
* Follow up time registration at year end.
* Follow up and maintain enrollment and withdrawal to the prevaling employee insurance programs.
* General HR administration as required.
* Function as SAP Superuser for HCM PA and SAP HCM OM.
* Maintain and update SAP HCM PA and SAP HCM OM and SAP WTP
* Assist SAP technical team in relevant issues, including testing.
* Approve Assignement of roles in SAP HCM PA and SAP HCM OM
Formal qualifications, skills and experience requirements:
* Upper secondary school or equivalent
* Relevant work experience between 3-5 years is typically needed for this job
* The work requires detailed knowledge of departmental procedures, relationship between operations and departments, and familiarity with products/services
* Accuracy, good logistics and planning abilities are necessary
* The job requires communication skills, both in English and Norwegian, to effectively request and provide information, ask questions to clarify instructions, and courtesy and service mindedness
* Advanced knowledge of SAP HCM, PPOME and WTP
* A general interest in, and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new IT solutions is a requirement
* Proven experience from software coordination and testing
