SAP HCM Support Analyst, Polish Speaking

For our client in Warsaw we are urgently looking for: SAP HCM SUPPORT ANALYST

Technologies:

- Minimum 3 years general knowledge of SAP HCM modules. 
- Good knowledge of ABAP and OO
- Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, and support applications
- Knowledge of change control as it relates to application systems
- Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
- Strong written and oral English and Polish communication skills

The duties of the System Specialist will include:

- Analysis of problems, 
- Providing from first to third level support,
- Define and implement of the escalation procedures,
- Support the application life cycle and operational stability through professional execution of IT support processes (incident, change, problem, configuration, release, knowledge management).
- You need to be able to create program documents with technical specifications for development.
- You need to have a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions. 
- You will be responsible for the identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes. 
- In addition you will be involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation. 
- You have to be competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
