One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a HR/Success Factors Consultant
Start: ASAP
End: 31/7/14
Location: South of Brussels
Description:
As a member of the HR team, the SAP HR & Success Factors Consultant is supporting the Associate Director HR Technology in the design of improvements to the HR systems and in the running of current HR processes
Responsibilities:
- Design improvements on existing implementation of Compensation and Variable Pay in SuccessFactors and interface to SAP HR.
- Support the execution and monitoring of a compensation campaign for a specific population within the company
- Conduct system data audit by extracting information from the SAP HR system (Ad-Hoc Queries)
Technical Skills:
- SAP HR (and more specifically the modules Enterprise Compensation Management and Personnel Cost Planning)
- SuccessFactors (and more specifically the modules Compensation and Variable Pay)
- HR processes (and more specifically compensation & benefits and workforce planning)
Experience:
- +- 5 years experience
Language skills:
- English: fluent
