SAP HCM Solution Architect

SAP HCM SOLUTION ARCHITECT/+6 MONTHS/ANTWERP, BELGIUM

For my client I am urgently looking for a SAP HCM Solution Architect, to start a new project in Antwerp, Belgium. The duration of the Project is for 6 months with possible extension.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

- Build/refine SAP HR business transformation models
- Support related sales work including initial client meetings, optimal implementation/solution design, proposal development, deal closing activities, etc.
- Act as a SAP HR subject matter expert in developing and maintaining relationships with client executives
- Support SAP HR team building, recruitment and practice management
- Provide oversight and management input on SAP HR projects to ensure client satisfaction
- Deep experience of SAP HR Solutions and Implementations

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Depth and breadth of knowledge across the SAP HR domain (in the context of Business Transformation)
- Experience of implementing (at least 1 major transformation programmes) and ability to design and articulate SAP HR delivery models including shared services
- Ability to articulate SAP HR best practices based on prior experiences with an SAP/ERP operational knowledge
- Ability to design solutions, develop presentation materials and articulate approaches for SAP HR process improvement projects
- Deep knowledge of the SAP HR solution (and global/Pan-European implementations)
- Some experience of the SAP HR function decision support and management information
- Knowledge of key SAP HR processes
