SAP HCM/SFSF CONSULTANT - DUTCH SPEAKING - HOOFDDORP, THE NETHERLANDS. START: 22ND FEBRUARY 2016. 3 MONTH CONTRACT (PART TIME: 3 DAYS/WEEK - 60%).

Our client in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with experience in Travel and Expense Management, Payroll and SuccessFactors.

Job Description:
The client has a short-term and temporary need for an experienced functional SAP HCM (HR) Cosnultant. You will ensure the effective and efficient implementation of functional management and operational processes within the domain of Human Capital Management (HCM). You are the point of contact for users with questions, incidents and changes and give functional support to end-users with regard to the applications and HCM services management. You will coordinate the implementation of the changes and communicate in clear way with your partners and are responsible for handling incidents and authorization requests. You are also able to process the information and needs regarding information provision for inventory and translate them into practical solutions. You contribute to projects to expand functionality and to secure the transition to management.

Activities:
* SAP HCM (among others Travel and Expense), Payroll and SuccessFactors.
* Incident Handling and user support in the use of HCM applications.
* Drafting change impact analyzes and realization.
* Creation of a functional design and detailed planning work.
* Matching the possible solutions and approaches with the account information, business consultant, and developer clients.
* Communication with business stakeholders, project team and other disciplines (eg. application management, database management, and suppliers).
