Are you an SAP HCM Project Manager who is looking for the next interim opportunity within a pharmaceutical environment? Then read further since we are currently recruiting for an interim SAP HCM Project Manager in Mannheim, Germany. We are looking for a: SAP HCM Project Manager Contract During this project you will be contributing in the area of Travel and Expense Management (TRAM) and you will also manage roll outs and support the SAP based Travel Management solution as SAP HCM Project Manager globally for Diagnostics and Diabetes Care. You will be working for a market leader in the Pharma sector: Project details: rate: € let me know what you want, all in, excl. VAT start date: latest 1st November contract duration: 3 Months with possibility of extension until end 2017 hours per week: 40 Location Mannheim Germany Please note that for this role you need to be either a Swiss national, hold a C residence permit or a valid work permit for Switzerland What will you do? The main activities during the project will be the following: Work as an SAP HCM Manager for the Travel and Expense Management (TRAM) rollouts partnering with the Business Project Manager Work alongside Business specialists from Finance and HR to analyse the requirements Design system solutions within IT team to support the new processes Implement and configure the agreed solutions Be responsible for support and optimization of that solution Saveguard the TRAM Global Template Work with an international team. TRAM core team members are currently located in Germany, Poland, Singapore & United States Support the TRAM solution globally What is your profile? Over 3 years' experience in SAP HCM with experience within Travel Expenses customization. Extensive knowledge in SAP HR mainly within Personnel Administration and Organizational Management Expertise with connecting Finance systems via ALE. Good understanding of functional aspects of HR and Finance and the respective business processes. The ideal candidate would also have: Good experience with payment and posting processes within SAP HCM, basis knowledge of SAP Payroll. Knowledge in Employee Self Service travel Webdynpro applications. Experience with Credit Card Integration within SAP Knowledge with Online Booking Tool interfaces, for example Cytric and GetThere. Experience with Archiving of travel documents with OpenText. Understanding of ABAP programming, Webdynpro ABAP and Smartforms/HR form skills - transport/change management (Please note you do not need to be a developer, but able to read the codes) Experience in UI5 development Strong ability to communicate effectively with business customers and IT specialists. Team orientation and readiness to work in a global environment as part of a virtual team across time zones. Demonstrated experience in successful global projects and global.
