Your Skills
- Multiple implementations in SF-EC on which at least 1 in an international environment
- Strong integration knowledge between HCM and EC and understanding of the impact of configuration in EC on HCM
- Overall deep insights on the SF-EC, HCM and the integration
- Strong English communications skills and be able to work in a high demanding, professional environment
- Willingness to make the extra mile when needed.

Your Tasks
- Pro-active guide and advise customer during weekly calls
- On request of customer review deliverables
- Represent the customer requirements for integration between EC and HCM at SAP Product management
- Support incident resolutions related to EC, HCM and integration, go-live support and hypercare
- Facilitate decision taken process related to the EC setup and HCM integration, taken all the options and risks into account
