SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - Brussels, Belgium

JOB: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium

DURATION: 8 months (Start in April 2017)

Candidate needs to be bilingual in Dutch or French or at least good command of one language and understand to a good level in the other.

- Minimum 3 - 4 year experience on SAP HR Payroll for Belgium module; having 1 to 2 end to end EC & Onboarding implementation experience
- Certified in SAP HR Payroll
- Good knowledge in SAP HR PA/OM
- Knowledge of SAP HCM Time is a plus
- Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP HR Renewal and/or SAP Fiori is a plus
- Knowledge of ALE (IDOCS) is a plus
- HR Payroll functional knowledge is required
- Excellent knowledge of the pay calculation in Belgium is needed
- Knowledge of DMFA and/OR Belcotax is a plus
- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
- Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
