SAP HCM LSO/PD System Support

Projektbeschreibung

Our client is seeking resumes for SAP HCM system support contractor. The candidate will be working directly with the HCM support team, ABAP development team members, and HR office personnel. As part of the SAP HCM support team, the candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of an enhancement project for the on premise Learning Solutions (LSO) system that will allow the client to better leverage the tool across the company managing an increased demand for training, tracking, and reporting. Also, the candidate will be responsible for working with the Performance Management (PD) team to implement a new template for the 2013 review cycle that will begin in late 2013 and run through early 2014. Job duties will include assisting our HR staff with data mapping, configuration, development of specs for enhancement items, testing, and training of staff. The successful candidate will need significant experience implementing Web Based Training (WBT) LSO solutions and Performance Management processes within SAP on premise suite.

EDUCATION:
4-year College Degree preferred but not required depending on experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 2-5+ years of experience with HCM Learning Solutions and Performance Management Implementation/Production Support
- Solid foundation in the HCM Personnel Administration and Org Management areas
- Detailed knowledge of the LSO and PD modules, as well as the SAP Authoring Environment tool for developing and publishing WBT
- Ability to read, interpret, and write functional specs, design logic, and program algorithms
- Ability to extract data and develop ad-hoc reports using tools like MS Access and Excel
- Familiarity with SAP portal and portal processes for LSO and PD
- Exposure to SolMan

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

- Support HR business partners in management of the Learning Solutions and Performance Management tools
- Facilitate the implementation of enhancements to the LSO tool to increase the functionality and centralized training footprint at the client's site
- Implement and support a new template for Performance Management
- Retrieve and analyze ECC data using underlying database tables
- Share knowledge of HCM functionality with team members
