SAP HCM/HR ARCHITECT/MANAGER
Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP HCM/HR Architect/Manager to join the team of its multinational client in Switzerland for 3-6 months on a Full time/freelancer basis.
This is a contract position an you MUST be able to work freely in Switzerland.
To be considered for this role, ensure your experience meets or exceeds the 'minimum core attributes'.
MINIMUM CORE ATTRIBUTES:
- 10+ years SAP HCM experience
- 2+ full life cycles
- 2+ Projects as a SAP HCM Architect or HCM Project Manager
- Designs and develops IT architecture around the HCM application in addition to the integration.
- Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.
- ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements. Standardize and simplify existing global application framework.
- Manages changes and projects within the HR solutions domain.
- Strong Communication in English
- Ideally additional French or German Language skills
PROJECT DETAILS:
Project scope information: Project, Implementation and day to day activities
Required modular experience: SAP HCM (SuccessFactors knowledge beneficial)
Project Location: (North West) Switzerland
Start-date: ASAP (Can Wait if required)
Duration: 3-6 months Initially
Rate: Competitive Market Rate (EURO)
