SAP HCM/HR LAD - Central London

Progressive are currently looking for a Permanent SAP HCM Lead for a major international end user organisation based in London (city). This is an excellent opportunity for to take ownership of all HCM projects from a technical lead perspective, with the scope to make a real difference. There will also be excellent opportunity to gain exposure to other modules and technologies within an organisation which invests heavily in its technology based landscape.

In order to be suitable you must have a proven track record in a SAP HCM Lead role including hands on configuration, with demonstable experience of dealing with stakeholders up to HR Director level.

A broad range of SAP HR Modules must be seen on the CV including most of the following:

* Personnel Administration
* Personnel Development
* Payroll
* Training & Events Management/LSO
* Organisational Management
* ESS/MSS (HIGHLY DESIRABLE)
