SAP HCM/HR CONSULTANT - DUTCH SPEAKING - HOOFDDORP, THE NETHERLANDS. START: 15TH MARCH 2016. 3 MONTH CONTRACT (PART TIME: 4 DAYS/WEEK - 80%).

Our client in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with experience in Travel and Expense Management and Payroll.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Functional Senior SAP HR consultant for the preparation of impact analysis for SAP HR.
The project is a move toward privatisation and involves a breakdown of the company and the impact on the SAP landscape.
The focus of the work is the analysis of the future of SAP to support the business processes of the different "new" companies.
The consultant must be able to act as an SAP lead consultant throughout all phases of the project around the required design of systems and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
ACTIVITIES:
* SAP HCM (among others Travel and Expense), Payroll and SuccessFactors (nice to have).
* Incident Handling and user support in the use of HCM applications.
* Drafting change impact analyzes and realization.
* Creation of a functional design and detailed planning work.
* Matching the possible solutions and approaches with the account information, business consultant, and developer clients.
* Communication with business stakeholders, project team and other disciplines (eg. application management, database management, and suppliers).
* SAP Company devolution/carve out experience helpful

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
* Experienced SAP HR consultant
* Experienced with the integration points between SAP HR and FICO
* Experience in SAP Payroll
* Experience with interfaces and adjacent systems
* Experience in a split of a businesses
