SAP HCM/HR CONSULTANT - DUTCH & FRENCH SPEAKING - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM. START: 27TH JUNE 2016. 6 MONTH+ CONTRACT.
Our client in Brussels, Belgium is looking for an SAP HCM/HR Consultant/Business Analyst.
SKILLS:
* You have functional SAP expertise, especially in the field of SAP HR/HCM
* You have knowledge of SAP HR/SAP FI integration touch points or at least some notions of SAP FI.
* You have experience in business analysis/needs assessment.
* You are bilingual (NL/FR) and have a thorough knowledge of English (oral and written).
SERVICE EXPECTATIONS:
* Analyzing the requirements of current customers and the preparation of functional specifications that will enable the IT team to implement the changes on the IT platform.
* Preparing a business case for the initiation of projects.
* Managing and monitoring of IT projects.
* Leading and animating workshops.
* Drawing up specifications for the IT department to.
* Preparing testing, testing yourself and taking care of the user acceptance testing and validation.
* Coordinating the necessary initiatives HINTS change management, such as information on the impact of the business processes, the preparation of the user guide (s) and the functional documentation and providing training and informative sessions
CURRENT PROJECTS:
The projects that are currently ongoing: "expense management" and "Monitoring of remote employees."
