I'm currently looking for a customer facing SAP HCM /Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, working as part of a 17 strong Delivery Team. HR Team consists of 4 people. This person will be responsible for delivering third line support, continuous improvement work and new company set up with future opportunities for involvement in strategic projects. Expected Experience: - 5+ years in a SAP HCM analyst role - Focus on customer service employing excellent communication skills Essential SAP Skillset: - ECC5 or above - Core HCM (PA, OM) and Payroll (including schemas) Systems Landscape: - SAP ECC6 - HCM, (including PA, OM, Payroll, Time Man, Benefits), FICO, SD/MM - Implementation of ESS/MSS, Vistex Commissions this year - Solution Manager v7.1 - BW, BPC, Business Objects If you're interested in this position and would like to see a full job specification, please apply as soon as possible and I will get back to you.
