SAP HCM Expert - the Netherlands

Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for SAP HCM Expert to join the team of its multinational end-user client in Netherlands for 6months + on a full-time basis. This is a contract position.

MINIMUM CORE ATTRIBUTES:

- Must have a broad knowledge of IT architecture, security and technology platforms in relation to HR functions
- At least 5-10 years of experience in the SAP HR (HCM) domain, integrations and system configuration
- Experienced in coordination roles to act as the leading person for project implementations
- Worked for international organizations and used to managing different stakeholders in that type of environment
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills including fluent written and spoken English
