MY DUTIES:

- Modification of reports, functionality and interfaces
- Modification of payroll schemes, rules, tabl
- Configuration of payroll processes and functions
- Creation of concepts for the relevant control tables (e.g. wage types, absences...)
- Analysis and creation of migration concept incl. steps for reconciliation / comparison, regression test of payroll results between both systems
- Analysis and creation of concepts for the SAP Payroll Engine to harmonize both payroll systems

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- HR experience
- SAP HCM/ PY knowledge
- Fluency in English and German
- Remote possible
