SAP HCM CONSULTANT - GERMAN SPEAKING - ZURICH, SWITZERLAND. START: 23RD OCTOBER 2017. PART TIME CONTRACT (30 DAYS, UNTIL APRIL 2018). END CLIENT!
Our End Client in Zurich, Switzerland is looking to hire an SAP HR/HCM (Human Resources/Human Capital Management) Consultant for the next phase of implementation where the SAP HR module will be introduced to support the following processes:
* Manpower planning
* Recruitment, joining & probation
* Data base/management
* Salary/payroll
* Transfers
* Performance Management
* Development
* Exit
* Statistics & reports
* Time management & Expenses
In addition, a portal for the self-management of certain information and the automation of certain processes is to be introduced.
The requirements analysis takes place in autumn/winter, the test phase will take place in spring 2018.
To strengthen their internal team, they are looking for an SAP HR consultant on a daily basis for the following periods:
Requirement phase: 02.10.17 - 30.11.17, approx. 15 days
Test phase: 15.01.18 - 15.03.18, approx. 10 days
Migration/Go Live: 15.03.18 - 15.04.18, approx. 5 days
GOAL OF THE TASK:
* Support and reinforce SAP HR implementation
* Introduction of SAP HR expertise
ACTIVITIES:
Consultancy on requirements analysis for the SAP HR modules
SAP HR with following submodules:
* PA (Personnel Administration)
* OM (Organization Management)
* TM (Time Management)
* REC (Recruitment Management)
* TRM (Travel Management)
* PY (Payroll)
* ESS/MSS (Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service)
- Creation of the requirement documentation
- Testing the system
- Create documentation
