SAP HCM CONSULTANT - ENGLISH SPEAKING. BRUSSELS, BELGIUM. START: 14TH MAY 2018. 2 MONTH CONTRACT - PART TIME
Our end client based in Brussels requires a senior SAP HCM (Human Capital Management)/SAP HR Consultant for a part time project working 3/4 days per week.
- The workload will be 25 days in total spread over 2 months.
- Start date: 14th May 2018
- End date: 29th June 2018
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- We are looking for a senior profile (approximately 10 years of relevant SAP HR experience) that has proven skills on the integration in the HR domain.
- Knowledge of SAP HR is required
- Knowledge of SAP PI Integration is required
- Knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- Knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of different HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, CornerStone, ) is a plus
LANGUAGES:
- Must be fluent in either English & Dutch OR English & French
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The client is moving to a new HRIS, there will be a need to integrate the new HRIS with the current SAP HR on premise. The current SAP landscape will need all necessary HR relevant' information (coming from the new HRIS) to make sure that all HR and non-HR related processes would continue to work without any disruption.
As the SAP HR Consultant, you will need to analyze the current SAP HR system and how the integration with the new HRIS will be established using a Middleware.
The candidate must be able to deliver the following:
- AS-IS description
- TO-BE improvements of the current SAP HR implementation to be able to integrate with the new HRIS + detailed estimation of total man-days
- Requirements for the integration with the new HRIS + detailed estimation of the total man-days
The goal is to have an insight on the total cost of an interface between the HRIS and the current SAP HR system.
