Gazelle Global is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant

This 6 months contract is to begin ASAP in Eindhoven. You have to speak both Dutch and English fluently. Pay rate depend on your experience.

Job description

You'll play an important role in project Solution Team Finance (Global business transformation project) as SAP Consultant for the Time writing process. The candidate we are looking for is a qualified and experienced consultant, who is capable to work with technical/functional SAP experts to manage a Global SAP project that realizes the deliverables for a large and complex project scope.

Key areas where your expertise is required are:

Time writing process/CATS
SAP ECC PS CATS, SAP Fiori (timesheet scenarios)
Integration solutions (integration with other SAP and non-SAP applications)
Data transfer (time sheet transfers to target modules
CATS Approval functionality
Authorizations standards i.r.t. Time writing/Approval/Transfer
Enhancements in the CATS domain

Tools, Techniques and ways of working
You can work with on- and offshore colleagues on realization of complementary solutions
You can work according to Agile principles
You are able to create functional design
You have experience with SAP Solution Manager
* Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
* Ability to challenge requirements and give directions to best practise solutions
You can support writing test scripts (HP ALM)
You can support end-users in testing your solution/configuration
You can participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards
* Analysis of business requirements
* Design, configure and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing, UAT Support and migration)
* Work effectively with local subject matter experts as well as with the business community.
* Identify integration issues, align with stakeholders and develop solutions to these issues.
You have experience with creating functional design for RICEF's

Experience:
Demonstrated consulting background on at least two full life cycle SAP ECC Implementations for large projects of high complexity
Excellent knowledge of a SAP ECC implementation
Has at least 5 years project experience
Can work independently
Excellent knowledge of SAP CA-TS application
Strong knowledge of SAP HR applications
Strong cultural awareness
