SAP HCM CONSULTANT

For one of my majoe European clients I am looking for a SAP HCM Consultant who is able to work
a complex environment as the all-round expert in the field of technical analysis, design, construction of our clients HR Systems.

THE SAP HCM CONSULTANT MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR WILL SEE YOU AS:

- A sparring partner for the functional consultant in preliminary investigations, impact analyzes for change requests and projects
- Able to communicate with all stakeholders, from developers to product owners and from key users to testers.
- Able to perform technical analysis, design and development work
- Able to think about improving internal processes
- Able to ensure adequate technical management and transfer
- Able to keep an eye on the technical (on) possibilities, so that workable solutions can be realized
- A team player in an existing SCRUM team

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- You will have at least 3 years experience with SAP HCM PA/OM
- knowledge of SAP HCM PY/PT
- knowledge of interfacing i.c.m. SAP PI
- At least 3 years experience with SAP workflow
- At least 3 years experience with Webdynpro for ABAP
- At least 1 year experience with Processes & Forms (Adobe Interactive forms), including JavaScript and formcalc
- Knowledge of HR Processes and data streams

LOCATION: Utrecht

RATES: Negotiable

CONTRACT: 8months +
