SENOVO IT is urgently looking for a SAP HCM Consultant to join a long term contract in Belgium, this is a roll-out.
The Job specification can be found below:
- SAP certified HCM consultant with 5-7 years of experience of working on full life cycle project implementation as well as supporting upgrades and integration projects. Candidate should have key competencies in Payroll, Time Management, Performance Management and Benefits Management.
- Possessing a successful track record of Europe wide Roll outs. Experience of SAP design, configuration, strong cross functional integration experience and excellent understanding of data migration experience.
- Good understanding of ABAP coding is a must.
- Ability to participate in business blueprint workshop
- Prepare functional specifications
- Involving in technical feasibility study, analysis and solution Design.
- Customization and create Test plan
- Train key users, fix issues
Customer is Wire and Steel manufacturer in Belgium. There is only one SAP instance key users across world. Customer extensively use SAP Solution for ALL business functions
