SAP HCM Consultant

Harvey Nash is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant for a 10 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate to develop business-specific organisational solutions and to deal with organisational problems, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks.

You are responsible for:
- surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
- definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
- development and evaluation of methods of resolution
- reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
- giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
- evaluating physical and organisational resources
- supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
- consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
- ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions

Requirements:

- Business Analyst with HCM knowledge and SAP HCM background
- Translating Talent Management requirements into system specifications (Compensation, Employee Performance, Talent Development)
- Coordinating implementation with the development team
- Preparing & execution of test-cases
- Configuration of SAP HCM solutions
- Added value: ABAP knowledge and ability to debug coding
- Excellent English in writing and speaking is a must
