SAP HCM Consultant

SAP HCM Consultant needed for 6 months - (part time) based in Dublin.

You will assist with a SAP rapid deployment of HCM for competency management and a rapid deployment of SAP Learning Solution.

Review Statements of Work for SAP rapid deployment of HCM and Learning Solution and determine scope of work
Determine business responsibilities and produce project plan and risk register
Determine project resources required from a business perspective

You will have previous experience in SAP Rapid Deployments of HCM and Learning Solution. Experience of a deployment specifically related to competency management is required.

Experience in business process analysis, gap analysis and determining how a rapid deployment can best meet the business requirements and what post implementation steps may be required by the business.
Any Previous project management skills including setting up a project, running a project, controlling change, risk management, managing people aspects, and planning/monitoring a project are all highly desirable.
