We are looking for SAP HCM CONSULTANT opportunities based in France (Blagnac Toulouse) for one of our esteemed IT services client:

SAP HCM

Location: France (Blagnac Toulouse)

Duration: 3-6 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have  experience in SAP HR modules PA, OM, PD,
Training/Learning management (LSO), Time/Payroll
Should have worked on Incident Management, Change Request Management, requirement gathering,
analysing gaps, and designing
Exposure to HR security concepts
Well versed with testing methodologies
Should have very good inter-personal skills
Should have customer handling skills, management skills and should be a good
team player.
The candidate should have excellent knowledge on documentation.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE DETAILS:
Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly.
Ability to frame the right set of questions for asingle process track.
Assist in creating solution proposals, rough effort estimates., detailed solution documentation,
presentation and in implementation. Able to guide a team, preparation of
design documents,gathering business requirements,
knowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the various quality tools.
Should have at least years of SAP experience in the core module of
specialization years of domain experience Module specific

Proficiency: 

Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR processes:
o Personnel Administration,Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management and

Benefits Management
o Personnel Development, Training   Event Management, Compensation Management and

Recruitment
o Integration with other SAP modules

Must have basic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes:
o ESS& MSS, E-Recruitment,

Enterprise Compensation Management and Learning Solution
o Payroll Accounting.
