SAP HCM Business Analyst

EDT Global are working with am established organisation based in Melbourne that are looking to engage an SAP HCM Business Analyst for some project based work. The initial role will be for 3 months with view to extend - The organisation is one that you will want to work for and one that will provide you with the support and opportunities for future work.

This is a great role that will be part of an experienced team but will also see the incumbent take on a 2IC position at times. The successful consultant will have in-depth experience of HR Strategy, HR/Payroll processes, Change Management and be of a mature and professional character.

To be successful in this role you will need at least 5 years of solid experience in a Business Analyst role, along with a minimum of 3 of SAP HCM.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Make sure that the methodology and approaches agreed are followed and that a consistent quality of work is produced.
- Participation in 'Process design' workshops
- Gather, document, and analyse business needs and requirements
- Solve business problems and as needed, design documentation/functional solutions
- Interact with business, subject matter experts, and technical consultants to ensure that the end solution is properly documented
- Participate in creation of system documentation and user manuals
- Provide input to Learning Lead and Process/Learning Analysts to assist them in creating/updating training material

EXPERIENCE WISE, YOU WILL NEED:

Strong experience with a minimum of 5 years solid experience as a business analyst and as Process Advisor, within Finance, Procurement or HR.

Proven experience implementing undertaking process re-engineering.

Sound understanding of ERP (any SaaS experience would be beneficial)

Requirement analysis skills and experience

Effective negotiator and communicator able to achieve practical business outcomes in a timely manner. - MUST have exceptional communication skills both written and oral
