SAP HANA Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A SAP certified technical consultant with the SAP HANA installation certification (E_HANAINS131 or newer). This is a specific certification to enable the consultant for SAP HANA installations. Additionally the SAP Basis certification should be available. Characteristics is technical SAP consultant for SAP HANA implementation.

SAP HANA INSTALLATION:

Install SAP HANA in accordance with SAP installation guides available on the SAP website.

This installation will be limited to:

- DC 1: 3 HANA single-node, 1 HANA scale-out (3+1 nodes) and 2 v HANA
- DC 2: 1 HANA scale-out (3+1 nodes)
- Red Hat operating system will be installed by customer

After this basic installation, install latest SAP recommended patches on SAP HANA Data Base in accordance with SAP guidelines available on the SAP website.

Upon completion of SAP HANA installation, run SAP HANA performance check tool (hwcct) and provide performance output document generated by this tool.

Perform configuration of the 3-tiers system replication between the HANA TRP instances (PROD, HA, DR) in accordance with the SAP HANA Administration Guide available on the SAP website

Perform configuration and failover testing of the HANA BW scale-out DR (based on storage replication) in accordance with the SAP HANA Administration Guide available on the SAP website

SAP SOLMAN:

- Install SAP Diagnostics Agent on the SAP HANA systems in the locations in section 1.3 for the integration of SAP HANA for Root Cause Analysis and System Monitoring in accordance with SAP guidelines.
- Register SAP Diagnostics Agent on the SAP HANA systems to central SAP Solution Manager system running at the End User data centre.

SAP LVM:

- Integration of the SAP HANA instances with SAP Landscape Virtualization Management 2.1 including the setup of newly installed SAP HANA systems for the usage of SAP Landscape Virtualization Management in accordance with SAP guidelines.
- Provide one (1) Business Day of Support for the End User SAP operations team during testing of SAP LVM integration commencing upon completion of the Integration.
