Client Overview:
AP HANA is one of the most exciting new technologies in the world. The Real Time database architectural components are utilized in a variety of business solutions from all major industries including High Tech, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail and others. SAP is expanding this business to drive revenues in excess of the record revenue that was achieved in 2012. In order to do this effectively, and to provide global support to the global sales and marketing opportunities, SAP in 2012 created the SAP HANA VIP Customer Community, which is comprised of licensed HANA customers. For 2013, the community has migrated into a larger "International Focus Group" structure. HANA iFG community must be nurtured, supported and grown in 2013. Its primary focus is to provide information to existing HANA customers and to allocate a platform for knowledge sharing and networking.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client is looking for person to help manage the daily processes required to support the growing SAP HANA iFG community, and manage the bi-weekly communications and webinar series.

Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- Support and manage the HANA customer community (iFG)
- Help recruit missing customers by reaching out to account executives and SAP Consulting leads
- Work with the global SAP user groups (31 of them) to recruit members and provide messaging to their constituents including determining which topics need to be covered on future community calls/webcasts
- Provide help managing the bi-weekly Community webcast calls including arrangement of logistics, management of the calls, procurement of key HANA topics and management of the call itinerary for the year
- Manage the Excel spreadsheet processes with the list of current community members (work with intern who manages this list daily)
- Access the private community area on our website and manage same
- Help Global Director manage engagement of SAP ecosystem partners to help recruit new members and provide content streams

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Position requires candidates to have matriculated from an accredited Undergraduate, Masters or MBA degree program that is applicable to the position. (Technical undergraduate degrees preferred, since the SAP HANA solution is a technical one). The ideal candidate will have a combination of Business and Computer Science major/minor. Math, Physics, Communications will also be considered.
- Ideal candidates have combination of technical and business expertise.
- Candidates should be a team player, have good writing/communication and organization skills and passion for technology and business.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
- Advanced degree preferred; (MS, MBA, etc.); either background will be considered.
- Although not mandatory, five years' working experience in high tech field is a plus.
- Experience in the software industry is preferred
