SAP HANA BW Consultant - 6 months - English speaking - Eindhoven

The SAP HANA/BW specialist is responsible for HANA/BW applications modelling and implementation by:

- Requirements collection from business stakeholders and/or in cooperation with the Business Analyst
- Understanding of Business requirements and translation into HANA requirements
- Detailed solution design and technical specifications creation
- Data modelling and impact analysis
- Implementation of HANA models following IT guidelines and in alignment with the customer
- Deliverables validation: user acceptance test (UAT), data analysis and problem solving
- Implementation of SAP BW Data models, BEx query design, ETL

Crucial is development experience (minimal proven 3 years) of Complex HANA models using HANA views (attribute, analytics, calculation views), HANA SQL, stored procedures building, data provisioning (flat file, Data Services, Landscape Transformation Replication Server, Direct Extractor connection, etc.), data consumption in reporting tools (AfO, Design Studio, Lumira, Tablaeu, Qlik View), understand multi-tenancy setup of HANA.

Additionally following expertise is recommended

- SAP BW Datamodelling (LSA++), using composite provider, ADSO, OODS
- BW Query Designer, consumption using AFO, Design Studio, Bex Analyzer, knowledge on exposing queries to Lumira via HANA or experience with tools like Tablaeu, Qlik View
- Strong in SAP BW ETL with good ABAP skills
