SAP FUNCTIONAL EXPERT - QUALITY MANAGEMENT - PP PI - LE - PHARMACEUTICAL - SWITZERLAND

NextLink is currently looking for the SAP Functional Expert to work for a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

Analyze, Design and build reliable, scalable and maintainable GxP solutions; configure, test, deploy new, and maintain and enhance existing system functionalities SAP QM, SAP LE and PP-PI.

Create system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans and scripts, installation scripts, OQs/PQs, training materials

Ensure system compliance and audit readiness by following SDLC and computer system validation methodology

Lead solution delivery by working with cross-functional IT teams following change and release management processes; implement solutions that optimize systems' performance; Provide 2nd/3rd level support

Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes to appropriate IT teams

Support business organization in creation of SOPs, work instructions, training, etc. as needed, and support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and ensure efficiencies with solutions' delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years of SAP functional experience in Quality Management (QM), Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI) modules and Logistics Execution (LE)

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other validated environment (GxP)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and acting as a self-starter, results-oriented with a track record of timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Ability to work with a high profile cross functional team (In order to support both, the regional and global user community, this role requires some flexibility in work hours)

Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

NICE TO HAVES:

+++ 3+ years of experience with Material Management (MM), Warehouse

+++ 3+ Management (WM), Logistics Execution (LE) and Sales and

+++ 3+ Distribution (SD) is highly beneficial; Global Label Management

+++ 3+ (GLM)

+++ Knowledge of supply chain and clinical business processes

+++ ABAP development experience is advantageous HP ALM
