SAP Functional Consultant PS

Job description
Context:
The SAP PS and CATS Senior Functional Consultant will be involved in the implementation and roll-out of the SAP PS and CATS template in the various companies. She or he will work closely with our business partners, in order to analyse the business requirements and optimize/ simplify the buisness processes. She or he needs good technical/functional knowledge to develop reliable and performant solutin, meeting buisiness requirements at an affordable cost. She or he will be responsible for the full implementation cycle from begin till end for various projects in his/her area. He or she will need to report on project progress and risks.
Key responsibilities:
The SAP Senior Consultant must develop and deploy the SAP solutions through all phases, including analysis, customizing, testing, implementation and user training, as well as providing techniucal and functional expertise in the area of SAP PS and CATS.
Main tasks:
- Manage several projects with medium risks and resources requirements, with limited supervision.
- Optimizes solutions relating to specific project issues.
- Analyzing user requests/ nees and translate them into specific business requirements.
- Designing the best solution to meet the requirements using the standard capabilities of the software package.
- Customizing enw funcionalities.
- Provide ABAP development specifications and follow-up of these developments.
- Unit test the proposed solution or new funcionalities.
- Sell our SAP solution to the users and their management through good communication of their business value.
Profile
- Expert SAP PS and CATS professional with at least 8 years of experience
- Knowledge in Planisware application is plus.
- Able to design & implement best practice blueprints that fit vaccines IT framework.
- Result-oriented.
- Strong/agile communication skills.
- Team player
- Strong technical capacity with a good understanding of functional business/ supply chain.
- Dynamic.
- Ability to complete his or her role with limited supervision
- structured working method/ disciplined.
- Experience in R&D pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
- Fluency n English and French
- Must have experience in context of technical/ functional interfaces between PS and other project scheduling tool.
- Must have experience in functional integration (consultant business oriented, consultant with capability to work in complex system landscape).
- Must have expertise in project budget management with financial integration (controlling/ financial sides)
Qualifications:
SAP Certification in the area of SAP PPM and / or finance is a plus.
PMBOK or Prince 2 certification is a plus. Conditions
