SAP Functional Consultant CRM- Dutch Speaking

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

-Define, analyze and document requirements (both functional and non-functional)
-Establish systems (if set) or informing the software engineers to build the system (if self-development)
-Establish test scenarios, perform testing
-Building knowledge to key users so that the implementation of the solution goes smoothly
-In addition, the operational support of existing solutions (and this in a rotation with other functional analysts)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

-Ø 5+ experience as a Functional Analyst
- Ø Experience in conducting workshops, blue printing and user training
- Ø Experience in CRM Functional Analysis - AS IS and To Be functional mapping
-Ø Knowledge on system requirements analysis methods and techniques
-Ø Experience in Large Projectsdeal with IT systems in an environment where many own development
-Ø Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
-Ø Must be Fluent in Dutch and English. knowledge of French is an asset
