SAP Finance Solutions Analyst

Work with a cross section of business and technical resources to develop solution that will run across SAP and BI landscape for a financial reporting project based on new commercial reorganization. Participates in full delivery life cycle; including planning, requirement and impact analysis, estimation, design, build, test, deploy and support

SKILLS:

ADVANCED SAP SKILLS

- SAP functional resource with extensive hands on SAP configuration expertise in various areas of finance such as GL
- Hands on experience in PCA and special Purpose ledger with focus on Profit center accounting and month end closing is a must.
- Experience with integration with SAP BI and reporting is preferred
- Experience in financial consolidation and exposure to Hyperion is preferred.
- Expert in writing detailed functional specification in core SAP so as to work with technical team (developers) to develop and test new functionality.
- Very good understanding of cross module working of SAP with focus on procurement.
- Core knowledge of SAP Finance module configuration

NON-SAP SKILLS

- Should have very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Process knowledge of financial consolidation and month end closing
- Ability to work in cross team environment and ability to get closure on issues and drive the solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with non-technology business partners
- Travel may be required to other sites
