SAP Finance Data Consultant

A leading IT Services organisation are urgently looking for an SAP Finance Data Consultant on an initial 6 month contract based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities/duties
* Contribute to defining and implementing the Data Management strategy
* Organise and chair a Domain Committee of experienced business people and information architect(s).
* Contribute to the definition of data quality metrics
* Reviews metrics and initiating actions to improve performance
* Establish and maintain data standards
* Conduct root-cause analysis for data related issues
* Understand and actively communicate business benefits of making data a corporate asset
* Actively champion data management projects and initiatives
* Adhere to governance policies and procedures

Key skills required
* Experience with the SAP ERP specific on:
* Finance Data is a must
* Experience with the Data Quality and Data Profiling tools
* Highly proficient in MS Office
* Possesses deep Business Domain knowledge
* Experience with governing, enforcing driving and communicating Data standards

Desirable/Beneficial skills
* Background in FMCG Industry/large corporations is preferred
