For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:

SAP FIN SPECIALIST

To perform the corresponding activities related to F&C FSS described in the Main responsibilities, consultancy, system configuration and business technical support.

Where required, provide technical expertise in the Design & Construction (where approved) of enhancements of the existing template

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Business Solutions Analyst FICO Financial and Specialist Services supports Solution sustain, design and build of new solutions, process improvement and leverage activities related to the Accounting business to meet sustain targets, deliver process implementation and improvement targets and satisfy agreed customer key performance indicators (KPIs).

The area of Accounting covers the fiscal/legal reporting and requirements of the local countries. Further it deals with banks, 3rd party suppliers/customers and also with the Shared Service Center of Nestle.

- Participate in projects either owned by FSS or which require FSS resources.
- Investigate potential solution for current/future processes in OSS and apply OSS notes when required
- Analyse and address Business Requirements
- Implement compliance remediation plan for solutions not yet compliant, egOB10 Tungsten.

POTENTIAL INVOLVEMENTS:

-Provide technical expertise in the assessment of business requirements in relation to the SAP FICO module functionality and recommend solution options to address these requirements.
- Participate in the development, and enhancement of a functional area of Finance SAP modules, configures my SAP.com for the business processes.
-Maintain and keep current the module-associated configuration documentation using centrally defined documentation tools.
-Perform administrative reporting tasks as required.
-Develop testing scripts and scenarios and perform unit and integration testing.
-Contribute to the "packaging" of all deliverables
-Identify and coordinate DSDM development activities (Data Standards, Data Management, Data Conversion, Master Data Repository Tools)
-Sustainment of and design of business processes using "best practice" internal and external
- CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

Knowledge

- Advanced SAP knowledge: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-TR, T&E
- SAP knowledge on integration of FI with other modules: CO, SD, MM and HR.
- Data Management/Decision Support. General understanding of BW reporting.
- Ability to analyse
- Ability to take data and make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions;

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2015 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN VEVEY.

INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
