SAP FICO Team Lead - Dublin - 3 Months

SAP FICO TEAM LEAD - DUBLIN - 3 MONTHS

My client has an urgent contract requirement for a SAP FICO Team Lead for a role just outside of Dublin in Ireland. This will initially be a 3 month contract with chance of extension for the right candidate.

ROLE DELIVERABLES:

- Lead a team of 6+ internal and external SAP FICO Analysts and the functional design for global projects as well as BAU and Support
- Be able to act as a trusted advisor and suggest best practice processes to the clients business partners.
- Mange the chargeback mechanism for the services provided by the FICO team
- Participate in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing and implementation.
- Provide expert knowledge on the relevant SAP FICO modules, respond to business requirements, and position potential solutions.
- Develop relationships with Business Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP Functions.
- Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality/solutions, and contribute to their successful implementation within the businesses where appropriate.
- Assist with the resolution of complex application support and maintenance issues where relevant.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a SAP FICO professional and at least 2 years as a team lead.
- Knowledge in at least 4 of the following areas of SAP should be highlighted (AA,AP,AR,BL,FM,GL,LC,SL,TM,TRM)
- Experience of working with leads in other SAP functions to develop strong cross-functional solutions.
- Ability to display a high degree of professionalism in dealing with managers, users and consulting partners.
- Commercially focused, high levels of enthusiasm and energy.
- Flexibility to undertake travel where required.
- The energy, enthusiasm and drive to make it happen.
- A team player who has the ability to motivate others, making it fun while getting the job done.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where the focus is on continuous improvement and the challenge to make it better.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and juggling resources based on priority.
