Our client is a global financial organisation and is looking for an SAP FICO Lead to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing a team who are involved in configuration, implementation and support of the FICO modules in the SAP installation.

Responsibilities:

Development of the strategy and roadmap including stakeholder engagement and management
Manage design and configuration activities
Act as a consulting resource to provide appropriate solutions to business requirements
Provide knowledge for development activities including integration with Procurement processes
Undertake guidance activities
Provide engagement with SAP and other applications providers to discuss and develop functionality
Build relationships between internal and external parties
Document solution designs to meet project requirements
Ensure architecture is maintained and adhered to in all proposed solutions
Mentor team members

Skills:

Extensive SAP FICO background including AP, GL, PS
Integration skills
Experience in invoice management systems is an advantage
Able to lead and manage a small team of functional and technical resources
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
