SAP FICO L3 Support Lead

For our key client we are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to act as Level 3 Support Lead. The role will start in January 2017 with a 3 months contract + option to extend. Location is flexible between Munich and Zurich.

Required key skills:
* At least 5 years of hand-on experience in SAP FICO
* Fluent English, German is a plus
* Proven experience with coordinating support activities on all levels
* Experience with offshore team managemen is a plus

Tasks:
* Play a L3 Support Lead

Role: Understand the client's business, applications, to-be AMS services and targets. Follow the standard IT service management processes/procedures to make deliverables. Coordinate L1/L2/end users and Central/Offshore technical teams. Offshore Team Management, Mentoring and Coaching. Manage Delivery by Metrics.
