SAP FICO JVA Consultant with Oil Sector Experience

Our client is urgently searching for a strong SAP FICO/JVA consultant with Oil sector experience to work on a critical project in Norway as a contractor.

A successful candidate will have strong skills and a proven background in the following:

- Candidate must have experience from oil sector and qualifications within the following areas in SAP:
- Business Analysis and Business Blueprinting
- General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL)
- Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
- Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
- Profit Centre Accounting (EC-PCA)
- Project Systems (PS)
- Banking and Bank Statement - very important since present solution need re-configuration
- Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)
- Cost Element Accounting (CO-CEL)
- Internal Orders (CO-OM)
- Product Costing (CO-PC) & Material Ledger
- Assets Accounting (FI-AA)
- Joint Venture Accounting (IS-OIL) - very important since billing of operated licences is a major task within Accounting

Job description

- As a member of the SAP Implementation Team focus on the FI/CO/JVA sector in accordance with planned activities for clean-up/enhancement activities and the migration of financial data from Premier Oil.
- In addition there will be occasional need for 3.line support within the named area.
- Generally, the core implementation services are as follows:
- Detailed specification and documentation of improvement projects
- Clean-up
- Configuration of standard solution
- Development and customization of specifics
- Specification of interfaces and participating in interface development
- Data migration
- Test
- Training
- Services related to Application Management

This is an English speaking role, any Norwegian or Swedish language skills are an advantage but not mandatory. Oil experience is mandatory.
