SAP FICO CONSULTANT - POLAND

- LOCATION: Krakow, Poland
- DURATION: 6 - 12 months,
- LANGUAGE: English and Polish
- START: ASAP ( late April )

MANDATORY SKILL AREAS:

- At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO.
- CPA/CA/ICWA with industry experience is plus.
- Minimum of two Full Life Cycle Project Implementation experience in the SME area as lead. Building Global Templates is plus.

SME LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

- FI-GL (General Ledger/New GL): Migration from classic to New GL, GAAP/IFRS, Group and Local Reporting, Profit Center/Segment Accounting, Tax, Currency, Inter-Company Accounting, Financial close and Integration with Consolidation System.
- FI-AP (Accounts Payable)
- FI-AR (Accounts Receivable)
- Upgrade experience
- Sound knowledge of Project implementation methodology, project tools (SolMan, testing tools etc.) and onsite - offshore support model.
- Client facing Experience, especially with US and Europe clients
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Leadership skills
- Good Knowledge of Finance Domain
- Hands on expertise in SAP Solution Design
- Good knowledge of Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders and Managerial Reporting requirements

DESIRABLE SKILL AREAS:

- Chart of Accounts conversion and working with SAP SLO
- CO (Product Costing, Material Ledger and Profitability Analysis).
- Knowledge of Asset Accounting, Banking, Cash and Funds Management, FSCM.
- A good understanding FICO integration with other modules (MM, SD, HR etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide Architecture/SME support in FICO areas especially migrate classic to New GL, Upgrade.
- Lead and support multiple teams spread in different continents.
