SAP FICO Consultant

Next Ventures seek a senior FICO consultant to support one or more IT workstream leads for Master Data, Record-to-Report and/or Invoice-to-Cash. The consultant will participate in capturing the business requirements and performing the detailed gap analysis for countries being rollout, reviewing quality of deliverables produced by the integration partner during the rollout, work closely with key users during Acceptance Test and Cutover phases.

Required skills:
Excellent knowledge of the SAP FI and CO modules and knowledge of integration points with other modules, in particular SD and to lesser extent also MM.
Experience with SAP New General Ledger setup.
Strong knowledge of Financial and Controlling models supporting Order to Cash process flows.
Ability to quickly understand financial flows through SAP systems and the FI/CO modules in order to fulfil analytical, corporate and statutory reporting requirements.
Ability to work with business stakeholders to perform a business process analysis, and based on this define the detailed business requirements.
Detailed SAP technical knowledge and the ability to interpret and perform quality review of functional and technical design documents describing SAP solutions.
Good level of English knowledge and communication skills.
Experience with working in an international environment, with key users located across the region.
Experience with working in a virtual team & collaboration with off-shore ABAP team.

Desired skills: 

Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle.

Special instructions:
Senior SAP FICO consultant: 7+ years SAP FICO experience. Multiple full life cycle implementations in an Order-to-Cash business environment.
