SAP FI CONSULTANT - DUTCH SPEAKING - ARNHEM, THE NETHERLANDS. START: 2ND JANUARY 2017. 3 MONTH CONTRACT. END CLIENT

Our End Client in Arnhem, the Netherlands is looking to hire and SAP Finance Consultant primarily to work on providing support to reduce the backlog of tickets (incidents and calls).

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
Supporting the Finance application managers in reducing the number of open incidents and calls
There is a backlog to clear which is focused on the functional areas Finance and Marketing & Sales
The start date of the project is ASAP and the duration will be approximately 3 months
Within these three months it is expected that 1500 additional calls are closed

ROLE/ACTIVITIES:
* Supporting - not necessarily pick up tickets yourself, but prioritize
* Multiple Back End systems
* Focus is on open incidents and calls, so not on projects or changes

SKILLS NEEDED:
* Subject Matter Expert in SAP Finance for both business content and application process
* Excellent analytical and logical skills with a clear eye for attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
* Flexible in approach to tasks and priorities
