SAP FI CO Training Lead - English speaking

This role would suit an experienced SAP Trainer or a consultant with at least 7 years SAP FI CO, which includes strong training experience.

The SAP Project Training Lead will conduct the training activities for the project in alignment with the Regional IT Strategy and Roadmap. He/she will organize the development and also deliver SAP training contents and materials.

Fluent English is required, with fluency in Greek an advantage, but not essential. Ideal experience:

Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive global training curriculum with SAP, including Train the Trainer and customized offerings per job function, module, etc.

International implementation experience, in multi-country/multi-language roll-outs, based on global template is a plus

Experience in creating Training Approach and tactics, tools, metrics and reporting is a plus

Hands-on experience in working with uPerform is highly desired

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization -Experience in integration to MM and SD is also desirable
