Projektbeschreibung
This position will involve resolving service level requests and providing timely issue and problem management. You will gather user requirements and analyse solutions and impacts. Furthermore, you will perform Configuration and Testing activities.
Ideally you will have a strong support background with specialised knowledge in SAP Finance and preferably ECC6 modules. You will also have knowledge in ITIL and other methodologies. Excellent communications skills are a must.
