SAP FI CO Consultant

For a client of ours in the financial sector, Swisslinx is searching for a FI CO Consultant for a 6 month contract position in Zurich starting ASAP.

The position will involve the following responsibilities:

- Acting as second level support for expert user requests regarding accounting processes and data processing
- Analyse incidents in daily processes and monthly closing of SAP books including all related interfaces
- Lead and participate in procedure improvement activities creating efficiencies while minimising risk and making processes more efficient and reliable

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/expertise/knowledge:

- Experience in financial accounting with SAP FI & SAP CO
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets
- Experience with Customising FI & CO
- Knowledge of ABAP

For this position we are looking for individuals with a solid finance and accounting know-how from professional experience in financial environments, this experience should be combined with a solid IT background in SAP, preferably with experience in project work. This is a fluent English speaking position, any additional languages are a distinct advantage.
