SENOVO IT is urgently looking for a SAP Financial Business Analyst to join a Pharmaceutical client in Milan.
The Business Analyst will be part of a large Change Management program; he/she will have strong financial background in SAP and will have financial business analysis experience coupled with strong change management skills.
Full job spec below:
- Support the Italian Marketing Company of a pharmaceutical multinational company on Change Management activities (processes/impacts analysis, training localization and delivery, test validation) within the framework of a global project aiming to build a single chart of account for all EMEA companies.
- Verify and validate the tests performed by the external company which currently manages the financial services.
- Verify the proper load on SAP of the new accounts according to the defined mapping ( a good knowledge of FI SAP modules is required, both on management and statutory chart of accounts).
- Verify the proper transfer of the open items to the new accounts after the project go live.
- Review the existing documentation related to the chart of accounts (accounts handbook)
- Localize and translate the global communication material
Prepare and deliver the training for the Italian users (a good English knowledge is expected)
