SAP eWM Technical Architect

Our client has an excellent 6 - 12 month contract opportunity for an SAP eWM Technical Architect to join their team in India to start ASAP.

Role;

- Manage the EWM Technical Architecture capability
- Liaise closely with application and solution architects to ensure technical architecture supports the delivery of the EWM solution landscape
- Direct the design and implementation of the roadmap through the respective EWM solution architect
- To define tools and processes to guarantee the EWM product roadmap and dependencies among other products, applications, services and tools.
- Provide support to programs and projects in their initial phases, giving advice on how business ideas can be best supported by current and future solutions
- Provide EWM Technology architectural input into business cases.
- To understand the project needs, compliance with standards, questioning and offering alternatives
- To compare and benchmark solutions and products
- Manage the provision of technical review and approval for every Technology change proposed (internally and from third party vendors) in line with the defined strategy and roadmap
- Approve the selection of major components of the Technology architecture
