SAP ENVIRONMENT MANAGER
Define the landscape architecture for all SAP program environments physical/virtual server and transport paths
Responsible to provide a rolling 3 month plan for SAP environments and issue to all stakeholders, 6 month forecast plan for new environments, a rolling 12 month maintenance cycle and 18 month plan roadmap.
Should be able to define RACI with teams involved in providing environment service
Should be able to define environment request process
Define and agree the landscape patching strategy with key stakeholders
Define service levels and KPI to Programme managers for environment services relating to non BAU environment
Define Approval mechanism for all environment changes in accordance with change process
Agree environment outages strategy with all relevant stake holders
